Your opinion is important to us, so we have prepared a competition for you.
The winner will receive the product they rated.
Each month we will draw one of you.
The course of the competition:
- If you have purchased cosmetics or brushes from us, we will send you an email requesting a review.
Only customers who have purchased from us and have a real experience with the product can rate. - Write a product review
Write your experience with the product in the product subpage in the reviews tab. The review must be about the product, not the service. - Send us an email to info@polacosmetics.cz
Let us know you want to enter the competition.
In your email, send us the order number of the product you rated and the name of the product.
If you are reviewing multiple products, send an email for each review. - Win
We draw one winner every month. The winner will be announced on this page below (by Markéta K.) and will be contacted by email.

How to evaluate the product:
Whatever number of stars you decide to award, it is important that your review is honest and related to the product you purchased from our store. Your words help other customers make their choice and allow us to continually improve our offer.
How to write reviews correctly:
- Share your personal experience with the product.
- Always be polite and considerate when writing.
- Indicate whether you would recommend the product to other customers.
- Describe what you liked about the product and what you think could be improved.
Please avoid:
- Irrelevant information that is not directly related to the product.
- Disclosure of personal information such as links, names, addresses or phone numbers.
- Use of vulgar or inappropriate language.
